Taiwan Edge follows a flexible, transparent, milestone-driven engagement model designed to minimize project risk and ensure clear alignment between project progress, deliverables, and payments.

Standard Project Engagement Process

1. Requirements Analysis

Every project begins with a requirements analysis phase. During this stage, we work closely with the customer to understand project objectives, technical requirements, constraints, schedules, and expected deliverables.

Upon completion of the analysis, Taiwan Edge provides:

  • Project scope definition
  • Service proposal
  • Estimated schedule
  • Deliverables list
  • Commercial quotation

2. Contract Execution

After mutual agreement on the project scope, schedule, and quotation, both parties execute a formal service agreement.

3. Initial Payment

Project execution begins only after receipt of the agreed initial payment specified in the contract.

4. Project Delivery

Projects are divided into clearly defined milestones. Each milestone includes specific deliverables and review criteria to ensure transparency and measurable progress throughout the engagement.

5. Milestone Acceptance & Payment

Upon milestone completion, Taiwan Edge submits deliverables for customer review. After acceptance, the corresponding milestone payment is made as per the contract terms.

6. Final Delivery

Upon completion of all milestones and final payment, Taiwan Edge delivers all agreed project outputs, documentation, and associated deliverables to the customer.

Turnkey Semiconductor Services

For turnkey semiconductor projects involving wafer fabrication, packaging, testing, or foundry services, customers should be aware that semiconductor foundries and manufacturing partners generally require full payment of manufacturing-related charges upon order placement.

These manufacturing costs are determined by the foundry and its supply chain partners and are not subject to negotiation by Taiwan Edge. Customers must settle the required manufacturing payments before fabrication activities can commence.
